51phsky Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 51phsky platform in any way — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 51phsky platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 51phsky, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered members who have not yet made a deposit, and active players who have funded their accounts and are placing bets. The terms apply equally regardless of how you access 51phsky.

51phsky reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of 51phsky after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 51phsky, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. 51phsky strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. 51phsky is licensed to operate within the Philippines only.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 51phsky or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors. Immediate family members of 51phsky employees are also ineligible.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 51phsky or from other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platforms.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are satisfied. 51phsky may ask you to provide documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one (1) 51phsky account. This is a strict rule with no exceptions. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is considered a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use a false identity, someone else's details, or a fictitious name. 51phsky will verify the information you provide against government-issued identification at the time of your first withdrawal.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 51phsky account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 51phsky will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 51phsky support at support@51phsky.net immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

51phsky is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is a standard know-your-customer (KYC) procedure and protects both you and the platform.

4. Deposits and Payments

51phsky accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment methods only: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Third-party deposits — where the payment is made from an account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account tier — limits are displayed at the cashier.
• Processing time: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are credited instantly. InstaPay and PESONet transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. Card deposits are subject to your bank's processing time.
• Currency: All transactions on 51phsky are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP).

51phsky does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end — check with your payment provider before depositing if you are unsure. All deposit funds must be used for gaming purposes on 51phsky. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without gameplay constitutes potential money laundering activity and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 51phsky account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is determined by your account tier and payment method, and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.1 Verification Requirement

51phsky must verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and confirm your registered payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the withdrawal request will have the pending amount returned to the account balance.

5.2 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically completed within two to four hours. PESONet bank transfers are processed on the next banking business day. 51phsky is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing timelines.

5.3 Bonus-Funded Withdrawals

Funds that originated from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded winnings before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable without restriction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

51phsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 51phsky reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus per promotion per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and is grounds for immediate account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The minimum wagering requirement on 51phsky is 5x the combined bonus and deposit amount unless otherwise stated. The specific requirement is always disclosed clearly before a bonus is activated.
• Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without notice.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Bets and Transactions

All bets placed on 51phsky are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. In the event of a system error or technical malfunction during a game round, 51phsky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. 51phsky's decision in such matters is final.

7.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within each game. Bets placed outside these limits due to a technical error will be voided and the stake returned. Players who are found to be exploiting technical errors for financial gain will have winnings forfeited and accounts reviewed.

7.3 MMA and Sports Betting

All sports and MMA betting markets on 51phsky are subject to the specific rules displayed within the betting section. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is closed. 51phsky reserves the right to suspend or void any market at any time in the event of suspicious activity, incomplete event results, or force majeure circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 51phsky and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 51phsky account under any circumstances.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false or someone else's identity details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering, pattern betting specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other players for the same purpose.
• Money laundering: Using 51phsky to deposit funds and withdraw them without meaningful gambling activity, or using the platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity. 51phsky complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and will file suspicious transaction reports as required by law.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider after using funds on 51phsky.
• Hacking or system manipulation: Any attempt to access 51phsky systems without authorisation, to manipulate game outcomes, or to exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Underage gambling: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account or registering on behalf of someone who does not meet the age requirement.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

51phsky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to those listed under Section 8 (Prohibited Activities).

In the event that an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no breach of these terms, the full balance will be released and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 51phsky account may do so by contacting support at support@51phsky.net. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after identity verification is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion requests are treated with particular care at 51phsky. A player who requests self-exclusion will have their account closed immediately and will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the requested period has elapsed, even at the player's own request. This is a deliberate safeguard to protect players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 51phsky content without express written permission from 51phsky. Scraping, crawling, or automated access to 51phsky platform data is strictly prohibited without a written licensing agreement.

Game content displayed on 51phsky — including JILI slots, live casino streams, and other third-party titles — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. 51phsky licences this content for display on the platform and does not transfer any ownership rights to players.

13. Limitation of Liability

51phsky provides its platform on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 51phsky's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

51phsky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, 51phsky will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or through a prominent notification within the platform itself.

Non-material changes — such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing terms, or administrative updates — may be made without individual player notification. The current version of these terms will always be accessible on this page, with the date of the most recent update displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 51phsky platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any account balance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 51phsky platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

51phsky operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory concerns or complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 51phsky may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. Both parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
